If you spend less than this, then it's just a?small?NZ$5 shipping charge to get your order?into your hot little hands?in super quick time, whether you live rurally or not.

Orders over NZ$60 are shipped free of charge to anywhere in the world!

If you spend less than this, and you’re in?Australia or anywhere else in The?Big Wide World, then it's just a straight NZ$10 shipping charge. ?Very affordable.

We use CourierPost for nationwide NZ delivery and New Zealand Post for overseas delivery which means we can only send to a physical address (not a PO Box).

We Always Try to Despatch On The Same Day You?Order

If you want your order to be processed and shipped the same day you place it on our website, just make sure to place your order?before 2pm, Monday to Friday. Don’t fret if you have missed the 2pm cut-off or have placed your order during the weekends as we will process and ship your order without delay on?the next?working day.

For New Zealand orders, deliver time usually takes one to two working days.

For order to Australia, shipping generally takes five to seven working days.

For orders outside of New Zealand and Australia, please allow five to fifteen working days for delivery and customs clearance.

For orders to New Zealand and Australia, you’ll receive an email with a link to track your order after it is dispatched.

Orders outside of New Zealand and Australia are not tracked. We accept no liability for any orders lost in transit. We are not liable for any taxes or charges that an order may incur upon arriving in a foreign country. Please check your local tariffs and customs charges.

What Can I Do If My Order Is Missing?

In the unlikely event that your order does not reach you within the expected delivery timeframe, please let us know within seven days of your order’s dispatch (if you live in New Zealand) or within four weeks of your order’s dispatch (if you live outside New Zealand).

Please note: We will not be liable for any loss should you fail to contact us outside of 30 days from the dispatch date.
